That's right, Theranaturals have one that specially prepared for nebulising, its got bi-carb soda in it. It comes in a capsule form which is opened and prepared as mentioned above. The problem with nebulised is that it smells quite a bit.

Opinion is divided reagarding oral and nebulised GSH, I personally think nebulised would be better (because it takes the GSH straight to the site of the lungs), but my son was sick of nebs when we started on it. Oral is good too, there is some arguement regarding how much GSH makes it to the lungs via the stomach, but I think it makes a difference.

Otherwise, NAC prompts the cells to produce GSH, there's successful studies underway with that.
I tried the mucolyxer stuff...not really sure about that.

Hi Zara

Cepacia is a type of pseudomonas. It's the reason cf people were isolated from each other initially. Contracting Cepacia appears to have detrimental effects on pwcf (although there are plenty of people on this forum who have it and are doing okay). Generally, it has not been recommended that people with cepacia use GSH (nebulised), but I think they have started to recently without any adverse effects anyhow, have a look at this site for GSH:

Wait could someone explain something to me pleasee!

Dr Bisop recommends that you do 4 doses a day and one must be inhaled dose, recommended dosage is 30mg/lb/day.

so e.g if i had to do 3200mg each day for my weight, that would be 800mg for each dose.

Is it safee to do about 4 caps of GSH (200mg each) for inhalation for one dosing- one after the other..
