I would like to know any information on mucomyst. Do you like it, not like it, love it....Do you find it may help lessen infections such as Pseudomonas? Does it have any connection to weight gain? I am looking into it and would like to know as much feedback as possible- any type. Thanks.

I know some people inhale mucomyst. Others have taken it orally. I know of a family whose son had issues with digestion, on the maximum amount of enzymes and he was put on mucomyst orally, which they said helped significantly to help cut the mucus in the digesive tract. Our only experience was when DS a bowel obstruction and the put it down an NG tube to help get things cleared out of his intestinal tract.
