If you really like him, then you should be honest with him. If he leaves, then it is his loss. Reguardless if you tell him now or later, if it is gonna scare him off, then when you tell him wont matter. But it's better to be honest & up front instead of trying to put your energy in hiding it.

i think u should tell him because if he relly wants to be with you and appreciate you regardless of your physical disavility so if he really like you 4 u he will understand if not leave him alone and get a new boyfriend

I say tell him. If he is the type that cant handle it then its better for you to know now then to get even stronger feelings for him. Some people might also think that not telling him is a form of lying. Its easy to say, but I do believe that if he doesnt stick around its his loss.
