My bloated tummy-pic

Ok, so after a recent post about enzymes possibly causing bloating, i felt brave and photographed my bloated and not-bloated tummy. The photos were taken 2 days apart, standing comfortably, no pushing in or out. The mornings are usually flat and then it swells through the day.
I have been trying a different enzyme, but so far no improvement. If I skip the creon completely I did not bloat, but when the malabsorption set in there was bloating again plus the cramps.
Did taking MORE enzymes help anyone with this?
Any other ideas?

Lene

PS Sorry, the pic's quality is not great but you get the idea

Your pics are a great example of what we've been talking about. Thanks for braving the public here and showing that comparison.

I've been not taking Creon unless I eat a high-fat meal and I'm not bloating. But I'm not PI, either. I'm also taking less of it when I take it.

Have you showed your picture comparison to your doctor?

For me, soft drinks such as Coke or Dr Pepper really cause my stomach to be HUGE!!!!!!!!!!

Once I lay off the Sprite and such, it gets better. That is exactly how my tummy looks when it's bloated.

My stomach does the same thing. As jennifer stated, soft drinks can cause bloating. Also foods that are high in salt, as well as beans. I am on Ultrase MT 20. They seem to do well for me, I take extra if the food is really fatty (like pizza). However I do get bloated a little by the end of the day. I just accept it as part of CF.
