Thanks Melissa! I did apply about 13-14 years ago (I think it was for disablility), and was denied (first time blanket denial). I didn't pursue it because our Genentech endowment came through, and I now know that my PFT's would have been too high anyways. They probably aren't now, but I am afraid my dh's income is going to be too high for me to qualify. I also haven't worked enough, so I don't know how that applies...

I will ask my (BIL) lawyer though; I may file an appeal now, depending on what he says. Thanks for the reminder and the info! Btw, does anyone know what the

"FEV1 Equal to or less than (L,BTPS) 1.55" is in percentages?
