Well done. I have a cocker spaniel called Oscar and he motivates me to excercise too even on a cold wet day he gives me those puppy eyes and i have to take him out.

He seems to know if i'm feeling rough (he understands every word i say to him LOL!!!!)and gives me plenty of cuddles.

I love him to bits and he's made my life richer and i'm sure your little puppy will do the same for you Enjoy!!

I have a 9 month old puppy. He (Griffin) is the best thing ever! He definitely makes me get up and go more and how can you not smile when you look into their eyes?? I walk him at least once a day which is more exercise than I've gotten in a long time.
