I have been kind of puzzled the past few weeks. I have had the overwhelming urge to take a nap about 4-5 days out of the week for the past two weeks. I have never been much of a nap taker, but have been laying down and catching some zzzs in the middle of the day lately.
I would normally be worried - because the last time this happened I had a partially collapsed lung, but I know that is not the case. I have had xrays - which are improving - in the past 2 weeks and had my O2 sats checked several times and they are at 96. I just didn't know if this is a common thing amongst CFers the urge to nap.
I don't really do much before the urge to nap hits me either just hanging around the house and doing some minor housework or going to the post office and grocery store type stuff.
Oh well .. just thought I would see how common it is. I will say I feel very rested, but am just wondering why I am getting tired so frequently. I know it is not my blood sugar cause I have been checking it frequently and it seems to be under control when I am checking it.
I will check this again tomorrow.
