You can do it!!!

I don't have CF, but I can't imagine that it feels much different for me that it will for you. I started doing sinus rinses after watching my 4 year old CF'er do them. Now I'm kind of addicted.


To me the sensation is kind of like swimming under water in a pool and getting some in your nose. It doesn't burn at all, if just feels full, and it feels SOOOO good when you get stuff out. I am amazed at how much I get out, and again, I don't have CF. I have been actually sleeping through the night since I started doing them. I breathe so much better!

My 5 year old has been doing them since he was 1! He hated it intensely in the beginning but now asks for them! They do wonders for him with getting stuff out. Good luck!

Mari this completely cracked me up... Especially since you and I started it at almost the exact same time!
I haven't noticed a lifechanging difference, but I do feel like I sleep a little better after some "spritzing" and I'm not breathing out of my mouth at all!

What did it do for you?

Then I read you had to keep squirting until it was coming out from the other side of your nose. THAT FELT SO WEIRD. Eww, but nothing too uncomfortable.
