I just wanted to update what I found out, in case there is anyone else out there doing their treatments the way I do.
I talked to my CF Clinic to the FNP (the docs right-hand woman) and asked her about mixing my Tobi and Albuterol. She said it was completely fine and should not harm anything. They have other patients that do the same thing. Tobi is no less effective that way than alone. I could also add an extra saline to my treatment to make it more tolerable. As long as Albuterol is administered with or before Tobi to open the airways (no tobi before albuterol). It really came down to how long I wanted to seat here and do treatments. And honestly an hour and a half to two hours is long enough (tobi/albuterol is 45 mins in itself). I just wanted to share my findings.
