the compressor looks more like an air brush compressor can get up to 60 psi, although it is adjustable, it can be used with any med. Typical PSI setting is 30 but needs to be dialed down to 25 for TOBI. It takes me about 4 minutes to do albuterol, 12 min for HTS and 5 for GSH, I don't do abx so I am not sure what those times would be.
