In terms of standard compressors... with the tobi, you're limited to the Pari Pro Neb Ultra or the Devilbiss Pulmoaid -- the pari is much more compact than the devillbiss, which is what we use for our every day compressor. Our old Pari Proneb Ultra is not working, but I love the compactness for travel, so we're probably going to pick up another one.

Otherwise, ask your doctor about the eflow.

Many people have successfully gotten a hold of the eFlow on this site. I get PM's from them daily as we discuss them. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Here are the CFF's recommendations about compressors and nebs:

The insurance I have is state funded, and they were more concerned with customized meds that go with the e-flow than the actual eflow cost.
I'll look into the new pari, but keep the recommendations coming if you have them.
