The proneb is our travel compressor -- we use it for albuterol/atrovent, tobi and pulmozyme. DS isn't on HTS yet.

Our everyday compressor is the devilbiss pulmoaid. We use the pari neb cups with all the meds, though we have used the sidestream with the pulmozyme from time to time.

We use the re-usable Side Stream cups for Pulmozyme and the Pari LC and Pari LC Sprint for Hypertonic Saline.

We pick them up at clinic when we can, but primarily we are able to talk our insurance company out of 4 each of either one of these, once a year but once we have those it seems to be harder to get a bunch of them again, they want to do the one at a time thing.

I just found the Pari LC Sprints on eBay for about $10 a piece and just bought 4 without dealing with insurance. Other than that I have found the side streams for sale on the internet (forget where) or just have the clinic's home health care unit order them for us through our insurance.

my dr office has always taken care of it, every 6 months i get a new one either in the mail or at my visit from them, i think they're getting them from the pharmacutical rep. and they bill insurance for it, my dr office people are great at all that kind of thing so i have no idea where to get them, i dunno maybe you could ask your pharmacist? the thought had never crossed my mind, and here in a year i have to switch from a pediatric center to an adult center so i guess i should start worrying about these things
