this happens to me all the time, its really humid here all the time and its just one of those things, like everyone else said, make sure you get it out so it doesn't stay in there and grow friends. the idea of just letting the pump run for a while and let the water work its way out doesn't always work so when i've got some that doesn't come out easy i take the hose off the compressor and swing the hose around my head and it gets slung out then but thats definately not a conventional method of doing it and it doesn't do ceiling fans any good when you hit 'em<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif" border="0">

We use a sterilizer for all of Bricetons neb cups and spacers. After all treatments I let the neb cups dry out and spacer and then let them run through the sanitizer. Works great for us and we take it on trips and for hospital stays (although we use a different neb cup for EVERY treatment when inpatient) Every so often I run them through the dishwasher on sanitize.

We use the germguardian http://germguardian.com/prod_nursan.asp

to sterilize I put the neb cups in a large measuring bowl and put into the microwave for 5 minutes.
carefully remove the hot items and they dry quickly
if you wait until the water cools first then they take forever to dry.

when we travel I use the coffee maker in hotel room for the final rinse after cleaning with hot tap water and dish soap. not quite boiling but better than just tap water.
