Nebulizer question

do you HAVE to do the albuterol via neb?
when we switched to the albuterol inhaler we saved ALOT of time.
also, we do the nebulized meds at the same time as the vest.
that also saves alot of time.

I've been told not to do HTSaline and Pulmozyme at the same time. They say the HTSaline affects the effectiveness of pulmozyme, and if you reverse it (doing pulmo. first then saline) you'd just cough out all the pulmozyme just administered. so I would just make sure to space out any Saline treatments and pulmozyme treatments.

Also I noticed that doing saline I would get really tight afterwards, even with doing albuterol first (although I do mine via inhaler) so I was told I could do 2 puffs before and 2 puffs after.
