My 10 month baby seems to fall sleep every time that we do the nubulizer at night. Do I need to wake him up? He will start ok but 5 to 10 minutes later he will fall sleep.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here... but I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter. He's still breathing while he's asleep... so he'still getting the meds. I'd let him sleep.

DH always tells me "never wake a sleeping baby" We've been doing nebs and CPT on DS since he's been about 1 week old and he usually sleeps thru the morning one and falls a sleep during the late night one. The one after work -- he's a wild animal doesn't want to sit still.

When our son was young and had quite a lot of trouble breathing, the doctors had us wake him. They said he got more of it that way. Now that he is doing better, we can let him fall asleep.
