Hey I live in NJ....... I never meet ppl that live in the same state as me, or I should say I seldom do..... anyway.. My most favorite nebulizer is the Devilbliss Pulmo Aide... It is a little bulky, but if you are looking for a machine to do CF drugs..this is the one I believe they recommend... It is approved for doing Tobi in it....
Other ones I know ppl like is the Pari-Pro neb machine.. I have that one as well that I leave in my car to do treatments on the way to school or work.. I plug it in to my lighter... I don't like it as much as the Pulmo aide though....
I guess the bottom line is you have to look at what meds she is going to be doing and go from there...

One thing to consider, do you want a portable model? I so my doctor suggested the Pari Trek...but it is expensive considering to make it portable you have to buy the additional battery pack.
If portability is not a consideration then stick to a regular table top unit. We use the Pari ProNeb and seems to work great. But, find out if other brands a recommended by her doctor (if you can). She may be on different meds than my daughter.

We had the Pari LC plus around here, and the Trek compressor system is really nice to have if you plan on going anywhere, because it's so portable. Made traveling easier, and if she ever plans to, I think worth the expense. And I'm pretty sure that's the one they recommend for either Pulmozyme or TOBI...I can't remeber which.

Previously, we had a SportNeb (I can't remember if it was a Super or not). It just couldn't handle the volume of nebulization Jeremy requires (if you have to do more than 30 minutes continuous - it's going to have a short life span from overuse). We had two die on us in two years... the first time it was under warranty, the second time it wasn't. I wish someone would have pointed out that the SportNeb just can't handle the CF-routine.
The new compressor is <a target=new class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.medindustries.com/maxicompressor.htm">The Maxi Compressor</a> - it's working well so far (we've had it a few months). It's a total monstrosity, but the pressure is variable and it's made his neb time faster (yay!). The company rep I talked to was appalled that the previous person let a CFer get a sportneb - this one is designed to be used a LOT - so it shouldn't have the overuse issues the previous one did.
We also have a Pari Trek for camping. It's quite handy, and works wonderfully. We also are careful not to subject it to overheating - but since camping neb needs are generally less than sitting-in-the-office-all-day-with-zero-exercise needs... it works out just fine.
