ok well, i was gathering stuff up for doing meds tonight a couple hours ago and realized, oh crap, the little connector thing that you plug the hose into was broken off! i have no idea what happened to it, if i had to guess, one of my brothers had something to do with it, it certainly didn't break itself. anyways, there is like no way i can fix it, and its been long enough that insurance will pay for a new one. for now i'm using my good ol' pari dura neb thing, (the old version of their portable battery operated one i use while camping) and will call the clinic tomorrow and talk to them about it, but what nebulizer do you have, which one would you recommend for me to get? btw the dr is still not letting me have an eflow so i can't just get one of them

If you use pulmozyme and/tobi you should probably be using a pari proneb II or the Devilbiss Pulmoaid. We use both. Some people have had issues with the pari being faulty though -- treatment times increasing significantly.
We haven't had issues yet with our pari, but DID with DS' original par proneb I -- tobi took 45-50 minutes and duoneb took 20-30, which was wayyyy to long.
Hopefully they've worked the bugs out of the paris -- as I said, we haven't had issues with our newest one and I haven't seen any posts lately indicating problems.
