NEED ADVICE....PLEASE!!!

I would pusj for as many fluids as she can get him to drink. When Cory hasn't eaten from not feeling well, I was told 4 ounces an hour. Try juices, pedisure, gatorades anything. Cory tends to eat a great deal less when he is sick. I am lucky to get him to "pick" at dinner. Smoothies are good too because you can "sneak" just about anything into them and they feel like they are getting a specia treat

I hope the new clinic gets on top of things. Based on previous posts, I've often wondered about the quality of care they were receiving. Just seemed as if he's been sick for a LONG time despite antibiotics and round the clock neb and vest treatments.

Emergency rooms are a pain but it might be the only way to get him seen and hospitalized. It just sounds like a very passive agressive doctor. With CF as you probably know is a disease that does have a dominoe affect. One thing leads to another. Even being constipated could cause him not to eat and that can lead to many other things. This is nothing to dilly dally about. I think your reason for concern is real and you are not I repeat not, over reacting.

Prayers,
