Need Help (Altera + sterilize with Philips Avent)

Hi ! Do all 5 pieces of the handset go in the baby bottle sterilizer or are there pieces that cannot withstand the heat ??? RDT

I put all pieces in my sterilizer and I have no issues. Others soak the head in vinegar.

I have the NUK sterilizer and I put all the parts of the Altera handset into it. Never had a prob with melting.

Same here, All parts into the sterilizer the CF pharmacy sent with the first filled prescription. DO NOT ever put the metal piece into the dishwasher for sterilizing, if you ever consider trying that out. It can not withstand the heat and will damage it. I called them to ask them when I got a new dishwasher and they said absolutely not!

I soak all of the pieces in how water to remove the residual sailine, then put then into the Phillips "Steamer".
