If her brother is a carrier, that means one of her parents is a carrier for sure, so it's likely she is too.

With the kids being so sick, it would be nice to rule out CF, or if they do have it, start getting treatment. I'd say push for the full panel genetic test too. It's never overreacting when your kids are sick and you don't know why. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
