Need help with airway clearance...

We vary speeds as well and we upped the pressure. We've also noticed a difference now that DS is able to do it, is to stop and have him do a couple of coughs

HTS is awesome!!!!! The 7% is too strong for my boys, but 3% is great. They have no congestion and they get sick so rarely.

Vary the vest pressure and frequency. They say do high pressure with low frequency and slowly move to low pressure and high frequency.

I guess I didnt REALLY read your post. Yes the change in frequency is important on the vest.

Does your clinic have a RT or PT that can assist you? Ours are always giving us ideas if we are having issues getting junk up especiallly if they can hear it.

You should also be trained properly on the vest. Just like manual CPT there is more then just the actual clapping....there are positions, vibrating etc.
