Need Help

I just had my g-tube put in on Mon, and I was wondering when should I take a shower. They say 7-10 days but I am nervous about taking one. Any help from you guys would be great!

Hey Nicole
I definitely say go ahead and shower. I know I did after a week. My doctor just told me not to hang out under the water for too long. So when you are washing your hair and soaping up step to the side. You will feel so much better once you shower! I promise

Ya I was nervous this morning so I just used a little saran wrap over the site just to make me feel a bit better but man oh man that was the best shower I have ever taken. It felt sooooooooooo good to get cleaned up. I could have stayed in there all day! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0">
