Ok, so over the past few weeks I have had no energy. I thought it was my testosterone levels being low, but there not they are normal. I thought it was my diet but I have been sticking to a rather healthy diet and my feedings gain some weight over the last few months. The only other thing I thought it could be is depression and anxiety, which I have been having alot of, so today I started a anitdepressant. I did start a part time job again working 5 straight 6 hour days. I need to continue this until January so I can get some serious debt paid. I still think it is a hormone issue but I dont see the endochrinolgist til october. so does anyone have any ideas.

The thing that worked for me was Oral Glutathione. When i first went on it( 5 years ago) ,i didnt know what to expect, but the first thing i started to notice was i started having the energy i used to have before i got cepacia. As long as i stayed on it the energy stayed with me. I also gained weight and my health inproved a bit as well as my fev1. I lowered the dose big time about a little over a year ago, due to financial reasons and my fungus ball. I just recently got back on it at a higher dose becauise since lowering the dose, i have had more exacerbations, less energy, and havent been feeling as good as i did when i was on it. I am also having trouble maintaining my weight when i get sick. If you want to give it a try pm me and i will give you the info on where i get it and what the dosage is, I'll also send you links to read about it so you can learn about it and see if you think it will benefit you.

I don't know about all of the hormonal stuff...but a natural thing for me to do is work out. I know you're thinking "Work out??? I have NO energy." I force myself to go to the gym 3 times a week, like it or not, and I always feel better when I'm done. I'll literally be working out and yawning (yes, they make fun of me). But I'll be energized when I'm done.
Might be worth a try and it will have all kinds of benefits for you.
Good luck. Oh and if exercise doesn't work....coffee. Caffeine always energizes me! :)

What are you exposed to at work? I take more medication at work. In fact, I keep dayquil in my desk at work and don't have any of that at home. At home, I only take gauifenisen.

Anemia always destroys my energy. If I am depressed for more than 3 days straight, you can bet I'm anemic. As long as I get enough B vitamins and iron, I can keep that under control. But I have to treat it daily. I can't wait for it to become a problem.

I wouldn't go with coffee. It's highly acidifying and that will make your inflammation worse, which will make you sicker. When I have to have caffeine, I eat dark chocolate or drink diet coke. I drink about 3 diet cokes a day, down from 6 to 8 last year when I was still a lot sicker.

Good luck with this.
