My daughter cultured PA in a throat swab in Novemember of 2007. After a tune up (Bronch + 2wks of home IV's) followed by Tobi and Cipro for a couple of months she was able to get rid of it. For over a year now she has not cultured PA.

It did not cause her any problems either. So in a few cases it is not problematic and easy to get rid of.
