Then 18 looks like a beautiful number! He is lucky to have a great Aunt that can be there to support him. I'm sure they are terrified of losing their son, and are only using the tools they have to keep him as close to them as possible, even if it's painful for all involved. How could they tell him it's a waste of money to go to college?! Watch; he'll live longer than both of them! Good luck to you both.
