Good luck on the sweat test. Make sure to get the sweat test number, not just to accept negative or positive. If the number is questionnable, you should insist of larger genetic testing to be assured that there is no second mutation hanging out there in the 1500+ possibilities.

We found out today that the sweat test was abnormal. They are sending us for more testing and to a pulmologist to find out if she has it or not.

Being that she is so little, IMO, it's a good idea to pursue further testing.

I believe DS was 4 weeks old when he had his sweat test at an accreditted CF center and it was a normal 32. Just hard to get an accurate read on teeny tiny babies. I suspect today if he were tested it would be off the charts as he's extra salty.
