I can relate to everything you just described, 8 ops to remove nasal polyps & 1 caldwell luc operation for me!
without warning at any time of the day, i choke , then a HUGE horrible tasting/smelling green blob like a small cabbage drops from my sinuses!
I use flixonase spray when i feel pressure build up and i also use the Grossan Hydro-Pulse sinus irrigator every other day.

Nice graphics, Pete!
I was eating a cracker and almost spat it out. The green/glob cabbage thing did it for me, and I can handle almost anything!

I'm with Jennifer. We started using Neil Med sinus rinses after my son's first surgery at age 1. We use them once daily, sometimes twice and it has worked great. He HATED them at first but now has gotten better with them. We do them in the bath to eliminate messes. We also use Flonase daily after the rinse.

The NeilMed works great for me too and I also use a Tobi nasal spray 3 times a day that really helps. If your sinuses get really dry there is a saline gel you can get over the counter that helps. Hope you feel better soon.
