When my daughter was diagnosed at five weeks old she was in the hospital for 10 days. Three days to get her diagnosis and then around seven days to make sure she was gaining with the enzymes. She took breastmilk from a bottle. They increased the calories in her bottle with formula. They also taught us how to do cpt while she was there. Hopefully things will be looking a lot better for your nephew once he leaves the hospital.
