i don't know about the fecal test. they have had to put him back on a feeding tube because he was "dumping" everything he ate. Mom tested positive to being a carrier but did not find this out until after baby was born. Also her sister tested positive with her last baby as being a carrier but they tested her husband during th pregnancy and he tested negative So my other niece husband has not been tested because of the mix up with the testing. Just so hard to comprehend right now. thank you all for your help.

Hopefully they'll figure things out soon. When DS was able to finally take formula, he was given digestive enzymes to help him digest the fats.
