Welcome. I am very sorry to hear about your children's diagnosis. I imagine you are just in complete shock. I also have a daughter and a son and they both have cf. It know that is overwhelming to realize that both of your kids have the disease. Yes, the cf center will most likely run genetic testing on your daughter. Most people with cf know their genetic make-up. Both of my kids have double delta 508. Let us know what the doctors have to say.

Just want to send you (((Hugs))) and let you know that I am keeping your family in prayer during this difficult time. It is good though that your children will be receiving treatment early in life as their health will benefit greatly by it.
