Jess got a call for potential new lungs this morning at 4:30. She is at Duke now, awaiting the word on whether these are the perfect set for her. Please, please keep her in your thoughts and prayers for a successful surgery today, along with peace for the donor family as they honor their loved one through this amazing gift!

I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers..I just read that they are a go on FB and that she will be in surgery in less than a hour. I am so happy for her!!!
