smokin ganj got me hooked on cigarettes back in the day .. im still a nicotine addict now .

if you wanna inhale weed the 'best' form of administration is a vapouriser .. you only inhale THC vapour which is not really toxic .. incineratin it with tobacco is a very violent way of gettin a hit. plus you get a bigger bang for your buck and use about half the the ganj as non is destroyed due to the aformentioned 'incineration'.

first time i used a vapouriser i wasnt aware i was takin anythin down cuz THC is non iritatin .. i kept suckin , thinkin i wasnt gettin anythin ... then tried to get up and walk and nearly fell flat on my face. i was as stoned as an arabian adulerer !

however .. vapourisers are nice if you really wanna get s'hitfaced.. but theres nothin like rollin and smokin a dooby is there ? <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> its a cultural thing , man .. i want my jays over anythin else.

oh and heres a tip .. if you think smokin buds relaxes your lungs... you oughta try smokin heroin ,lol! you can inhale that stuff down to your toes and hold onto it for a good minute. when you open your gob its like puff the magic dragon .... smoke comes out on your breath for a good minute after, such is the airway saturation you can achieve with the old 'brown'!

erm.. what was the question again???

THC is a super bronchodialator! Better than albuteral, if you ask me. The key is to only smoke the good stuff, that contains the most THC, and only take a few tiny hits as to not irritate your lungs. Google, "marajuana and THC." If you ever want to get out of a coughing fit, take a hit, you'll stop. I don't smoke on a regular basis, at all, but I can tell you that when I have, there is a huge difference in how clear I feel. I also have an O2 meter that I have experimented with, while smoking. Before a couple hits, my O2 is 95-96. After, 99 and I can feel it. Eating brownies will not make you feel clear, the exact opposite actually. Brownies are hard to figure out the correct amount of weed and are hard to duplicate. An overdose of THC will make you feel EXTREMELY tight & short of breathe, which is a side affect of an overdose. I wouldn't recommend smoking often, but a couple tiny hits, as long as it doesn't irritate your lungs, I don't feel is going to hurt.

plus, the high from eating pot is so much better than from smoking.. it's a fully body high.. very nice.

or get a vaporizer - less harsh on the lungs..
i can't smoke tobacco at all (when it hits my lungs it literally feels like it's melting the tissure), but i pot smoke doesnt feel like anything.. i cant imaging smoking anything to be better for your lungs, but if you use a vaporizer, it may lessen the toxins...

etc
Volcano Vaporizer Facts
The Volcano Vaporizer increases the amount of active ingredients the user receives from the herb about 75% more then traditional smoking. The smokeless approach the Volcano Vaporizer chose to use is excellent. Tars and carcinogens are virtually eliminated when using the Volcano Vaporizer as opposed to smoking.

I am a 23 year old pt. w/ CF. As a child I was in pretty good health only hospitalized once a year for a clean-out and I pretty much ignored my CF except when I was prescribed antibiotics. I started smoking pot occasionally at the age of 16yo. Now I smoke on a daily basis maybe 1-5 "blunts" a day. My doctor asked me after confessing that I smoke (only pot, not ciggarettes or black n' milds) why do I smoke. I told him that I feel when I smoke that I can breathe better and it helps me to cough up alot of the pleghm that otherwise feels as if it is caught or stuck in my throat. In response also off the record he said that " weed is a bronchiodifibulator and probably does make me feel better". But he also said teh he wouldn't recommend it because evemntually it does damage the lungs as with any smoking but its effects are not as harmful as ciggarette smoke perhaps. As I got older my PFT scores have naturally lower but since I have began to smoke on a more regular basis, I have been in better health so to speak. My PFT scores have actually increased thanks to daily smoking and I do not need to take aerolsols because my breathing decreases. Sooo, MORE POWER TO THE MARIJUANA and if you ask me I blame my better health on my daily smoking habits.
