My husband just got his and has used it once--he said that it was a lot more comfortable than the HillRom. There are several people here that use them and like them.

Both of my kids have had the Respirtech vest for about 1.5 years now. It is easy to use. It is nice that the tubes don't fall off and it is programmable. As far as how much better it works, that I am not sure of since my kids are too young to tell me the difference. They also have an old hill-rom we sometimes use.
