I just wanted to say hello to everybody. My girl was diagnosed recently. We are still trying to understand all this. She is almost 4 years old and had lots of GI problems. Now that she is taking enzymes she is doing better. She used to eat a lot, poop a lot and doctors said everything was normal. She had several rectal prolapses and her ped kept saying she was constipated. I change ped and she sent us to a specialist. Thanks everybody for sharing your knowledge.

Sorry to hear of your diagnosis, but welcome to the board. This is an amazing resource for others who have been there and understand. Unfortunately too many pediatricians don't know enough about CF to recognize it when it creeps up. I'm sorry yours didn't help.

hi, first of all welcome and you're in the right place. These forums are an amazing source of information and support. No question is a stupid question here. This is a great place to vent and make new friends that know exactly what you're going through. I do have to warn you though...it is addicting. :0)
