Nose pain

I get sinus pain when I do a work out.. and sometimes as I do my vest? does anyone get this also and what do you do for it I do have allot of sinus issues with my CF.

Ashley i use to deal with alot of sinus problems myself my doctor prescribed me Flonase i did it in the morning and at night and it helped me alot .
