Nursery Sterilizer

Hi! I've seen a few comments stating that the Germ Guardian Nursery Santitizer is a good sterilzer to use. Does anyone know where I can find this?
I've searched online and it seems to be out of stock everywhere. If not, is there another sanitizer/sterilizer that you recommend?
thanks,
Heather

Heather,

I do have a nursery sanitizer, but last time someone asked about it, it looked like they are no longer sold. Sometimes you see them on ebay, but I wouldn't buy one that had been previously used.

Actually, I just use the nursery sanitizer to help dry my nebs. For sterilizing, I use a baby bottle sterilizer. Mine is an Avent, but a number of people on here use Nuk brand. They seem to be about the same. I use the electric one, not a microwavable one since I've read the microwave ones don't always heat evenly and can melt or "disfigure" the nebs. Mine takes 6 minutes to run. It's convenient and easy.

Hope that helps!

I use the Avent one as well. It seems like I read somewhere that the Germ Guardian doesn't sanitize as well as the Avent or Nuk because it does not get hot enough. The Avent definitely does since you have to wait a few minutes after the cycle is complete to unload the cups because they are super hot.
