This nutritious and tasty recipe is packed with calories and nutrients.

2/3 cup of PediaSmart powder
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoons of apple sauce or raisins
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
6 tablespoons of flour
1/3 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of grated carrots

mix all ingredients well and spoon mixture into greased muffin pans or use paper cupcake holders. Makes 12 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes....Enjoy!
