Is there something we can get like in the DR's office to monitor our O2 levels ourselves? Something that insurance will pay for of course
I want to see how much I de-saturate when I exercise. I notice my heart rate goes up really high (150-170) when I am walking on the treadmill (3.5-4.0) so I wasn't sure if maybe I need O2 while working out. I saw Sonia's post about using O2 at the gym and her heart rate being lower now when she uses the treadmill and it got me to thinking.
I want to start jogging but I am nervous if my heart rate is really high that I might do more damage than good
Thanks!!
