#1 - Almost everyone I have talked to who have been taking it report great results. Only one person quit using it due to headaches, that she connected to the oil. She was a fairly recent post transplant patient also, probably pumped full with many different anti-regection drugs and who knows what else, so who knows about that.
#2 - I still neb the oil, but now I neb the water soluble oregano oil instead of just the regular oil. The reason for this was that my neb wasn't fully nebbing the oil, with a ton of it being left in the nebulizer. This was because it is an oil, and my nebs are water based, and as you know they don't mix. You can still neb the regular non water soluble oil, you will still get a percentage of the oil into your system, but not the full amount. I got the facial inhaler to use the other oils like thyme, cinnamon, clove, etc because it would be too strong to neb all those directly into the mouth. With a facial inhaler, if it's too strong for you, you can back away some and still get some effect from it.
#3 - Seems for every person, there is a different regimen for the oil. Some stick with only the pills and take several of those per day, some use both the pills and the oil under the tongue but no inhalation, some do just inhalation with no pills, etc. You have to find out what works best for you, and what you can tolerate both physically and financially, by time and a system of elimination. Me personally I use the super strength pills in once in the morning, the water soluble oil 5 drops in my neb in the morning - 5 in neb at night, maybe 3 drops under my tongue before bed, and then if i'm in the mood I use the facial inhaler with the cinnamon, thyme, and oregano oil for 15 mins while I play some video games. I always at the least do the water soluble in nebs and the pills. The rest is dependent on what I have to do during the day and what mood i'm in.
