I totally agree with Lauren. I know that oppinion may be unpopular, but we are SO compliant with all meds around here...accidentally forgetting five days worth of pulmozyme is not going to cause damage. Unless, like Lauren said, she is already getting sick.

<br />When Andrew was participating in a HTS study he had to go two weeks without any med before starting the study. The first night on the study he was given his study med and coughed up so much junk I was almost sick. But, like Lauren said, it showed him how much the medication does for him when taken every day.

<br />It may be a little break for you, too! The biggest challenge if you decide not to look for replacement pulmozyme is to not feel guilty while you are gone. It was an honest mistake, and Alyssa will be okay! Promise not to worry sick, okay??
