Since we have been having alot of talks abour SSDI and SSD I thought I would ask people who are on it have you been reviewed? I got mine in 2004 and have not been reviewed yet. Can they every take you off since its a terminal illness? I mean there have been months that my FEV was better then it was when I was approved, but of course there are worse too. I now work part time which I didnt then and work under the limit for the trial to work so its like it doesnt really count to them. So I wondered can they take it away from us with a terminal illness that is never going to improve?

If they can, they will. Remember, as i'm sure you are very aware of the term "stop loss". The same holds true to any model based on either profit, or general insurance (the terms being the same). I have never personally been reviewed, but if they can, they will.

I've been on it for about 1 1/2 years. I have not been reviewed yet, but when I was approved, it stated in my letter that I would be reviewed at the 3 year mark. I assume that they can stop your disability if they determine that you are no longer disabled (or at least disabled by their requirements).
