Try some low sugar-low carb sports drinks. They have electrolytes and taste really yummy. Gets boring just drinking water day in and out, although I do squeeze tons of lemon/lime juice in mine. Even a light sprinkle of Crystal Light jusst to give it some flavor might help. Also, a good Dr will tell you to drink your body weight in water every day. If you weigh 150 lbs, drink 150 oz.
