I use 750mg Levaquin when I have Need a Oral abx, normally I am on it
for only 10 day course at a time. But my doc always gives me a Refill
just in case. You may want to try a Nasal Rinse as well.

With a Sinus infection it takes longer for the drugs to work
due to the lack of blood flow in the sinus area.

Cipro and Levaquin are in the same family of Drugs. Levaquin being
the stronger of the two.
I have read about the sometimes issues with tendon problems
with taking Levaquin. I have taken it for a few years with No problems.
I do how ever feel really achy the First Day I take them. But it goes
away after that first day and it only lasts a few hours.

I see it a a Good Drug that Keeps Me out of the Hospital and Keeps
me from having IV meds.

Cipro is useful against PA (and Anthrax).
I don't know about Levaquin.
Avelox is not for PA but is sometimes used for TB and MAC. They are all quinolones.
