Candice,There is a month ( April) that is designated and funding in part by the CDC this is titled the "National Donate Life Month". But like i said it is april however the individual intities of the smaller private organizations can and do designate there own times for there awareness campaigns(for instance the national kindney foundation, and the american lung assoc. and the national organ and tissue procurement foundation) all of these have there own individual times they chose to promote this time of awareness in the commmunity but given no regulations on this they term there own self derived activities "national awareness days".If you look into individual organizations you can find more detailed and further information on these type awareness days .
