I have been a member of a car forum for about a year now. Nearly all the members are male and they think I am very fiesty but I have made some nice friends on there.

I have told a few of them I have cf. Well tonight there was a post on there about a particular subject like introduce yourself sort of thing so I told them all I had cf. I didnt have one reply.

Should I have told them? Its maybe then they may understand why I am so fiesty and stick up for myself a lot or do you think I shouldnt have told them.

I think it's great to tell them! I bet you didn't have any replies because no one knows what CF is! Hopefully a few will look it up and create more awareness! Way to go<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I'd have to agree with Hairgirl. I think its great that you mentioned you had CF. Just because no one replyed does not mean that they don't care. Majority of people just do not know what it is. When I first told my BF about CF - he looked at me like ok, and thought it was like MS or something. LOL.

thanks for your replies.

I mainly go on there because I like their company. What I didnt want was them to think I put it on there to get a sympathy vote, which I didnt.
