Pain Question

I wrote earlier--I have the 14 year old daughter--and forgot to mention that she has been taking Bromelain, a supplement that was recommended, and it seems--seems--to be easing her soreness/pain. It's cheap and worth a try.

I really don't want to live alone, but I live out of state from family, so I am hoping my parents will come down for a few months, and then maybe friends so that I avoid being alone for more than a few weeks. This could be a whole seperate thread, it worries me so much.

Hi, I too have been lurking around this site for a few years. I'm 36 and have CF and for years have had joint pain which my CF doc just seem to dismiss as me whining or whatever. Then This past spring I had a seizure and discovered I had a brain tumor, after having the tumor removed I started waking up with my feet curled up and legs cramped and then a few months ago I started waking up with my fist clenched so tight it hurt, sharp pain then they would ache all day. To rule out it being tumor related I saw my neuro doc and his impression is that it probably is some  sort of neuropathy due to a deficiency of minerals or vitamins due to my CF. He told to take 250mg of magnesium a day to see if that will help. I go back in a month for a EMG to see where I'm at...
