hi guys
i dont know if i can post this here- as its not about pregnancy, but it is girl issues....

Does anyone who has thicker Cm have painful periods? I have ALL the endometriosis symptoms, but when i had a lap done Jan 2. the doc said i only had 2 minimul spots (less than 1 mm) of endo.
He also said there is nothing he can do for the pain.
I asked him- do you think I have pain bc my cm is thicker, therefore taking up more space, and i heard when your on your period everything is swollen anyways.

Just curious if anyone else has this issue but doesnt have endo.

I don't have experience with what you describe but I don't think it would be caused by thick cervical fluid. CM is produced by the cervix - and the pain during a period is in the uterus, not the cervix.

But I did want to say that painful periods can be caused by being magnesium deficient. Most people in the US are magnesium deficient, especially those with chronic illnesses (like us) who take lots of medications. Almost all of the meds we take for CF deplete mg from our bodies.

If I were you I'd start taking lots of magnesium and calcium right away before your next period. I take 400-800 mg of magnesium and approx 1000 mg of calcium every day (along w/ other stuff). My guess is that you'll find relief by your next period.

these are some of my symptoms I get ( which is why i thought I had endo)

bloating so i look 7 months pregnant {ironic} ( but i dont know if its related)
leg pains- all through my thighs
knee pain
tail bone stiffness, and PAIN
kidney pain on left side- ive been to the er 3 times bc i thought it was an infection
ovulation pain , cant have sex during ovulation, which doesnt help when your ttc,
nausea
pain in my utures/cervix area when i walk at the end of my cycle
infertility (?)
birth control pills are heaven sent (except the suicidal thoughts that come with it)
contractions (last cycle)
cramping- which feels like someone is tearing the insides of my utuerus like wallpaper. just from my belly button down. pulling it down in sections. weird... each day it gets better - i guess this is the lining coming off.
and when i get my period i have clots.
most of these symptoms start a day before ovulation and last until day 2 or 3 of my cycle. I dont have long bleeding periods- 4 days. but when i was younger ,12-20, they would last 6 days.
cervix area feels like someone is squeezing it- in the action that you do to milk a cow.
theres more.. but i thought id give u an idea <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
