When my husband and I bought our home; my CF dr told me to not be present when renovating. She was concerned about dust/fumes/mold spores that type of thing. Her thought was better to be safe than sorry.

I would get her out of the house at least for the day. My dad is remodeling our basement and he does the work mostly on the weekends. He'll let me know when he's doing something like painting or drywalling or anything that can create dust or fumes. It doesn't seem to effect me as much if I'm out of the house when the dust is flying.
Good luck with the home improvement, the baby looks adorable <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

I dont know how extensive your work that is being done is, but it might be a good idea to keep the baby away. We redid our downstairs (plumbing, electric, tiling, sheetrock, paint etc) & no matter what we did to keep it downstairs......it got to me.

The painting wasnt so bad because there are greater selections then there use to be with less fumes etc.

I have not read the other responses yet so sorry if I repeat.

I would say take your baby out. With the dust and all from remodeling it could be harmful. I paint all the time (I am actually sitting here covered in it from paiting my friend's nursery today) but I know it isn't the best for me to be breathing it in.

It is better to be safe than sorry for your daughter! If it is too hard to take her somewhere during the remodel, maybe block off a section of the house that can be accessed from outside that she can stay in all the time. That way she will avoid the dust and all.
