Hello thank you all so much for your replies.

<br />Well we finally got Soph xrayed and no blockage thankfully but full to the brim with poop, so they have started her on a regime of movicol (I think is your equivalent to miralax).
<br />Our CF doctors have always focused on her chest and I never realised being PS could still cause bowel problems unless her function was reducing.

<br />Thank you all again. Hopefully things will start moving soon.

Seems this problem is not toatally mine. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I take miralax once a day but a triple dose...and dulcolax at night. I am almost 60 so no only am I slowing down so is my gut. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0"> Oh well life with CF isn't it grand!!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
