Parents who manually cpt infants

Our clinic taught the parents to do each segment for 2 minutes of clapping, followed by 3-5 vibrations then 3-5 huff/coughs.

If you did not double up the segments (for example do one whole side at one time which is easier when they are little) then longer would be better.

If each individual segment is done that that would be 8 segments.

As a youngster I would have to say that much depends on what you can get them to lie still for.

I was 7 when I dx so for me it wasnt an issue.
